VYI Cheerleading returned to ompetitive cheerleading for the following age groups in 2025:

- Pee Wee (8 and Under)

- Youth (12 and Under)

to compete at the Alexandria Holiday Cheer Competition in December 2025. Our Pee Wee team placed 3rd and our Youth team placed 2nd at the cheer competition in our first year competing in 10 years! 

Our age and level groupings will change each year based on the registration for the program. It will change depending on ages, levels, and ability of cheerleaders in the program. We welcome cheerleaders from ages 5-16 (including high school) and both male and female cheerleaders.
